The Difference Between Intuition and Gut Feelings

Hey there! In this episode, I’m diving deep into the fascinating topic of intuition versus gut feelings. It’s one of those things people often use interchangeably, but they’re not the same—and understanding the difference can change how you navigate your emotions and decision-making.

We started by talking about helping kids understand their emotions, which naturally led to the topic of emotional intelligence. From there, we explored what it means to process emotions properly so they don’t get stuck or resurface unexpectedly. Then, the conversation took a turn into intuition versus gut feelings, and I’m breaking it all down for you in this episode.
