In this episode we talk to Jolien van Es about the production process of creating timeless, sustainable garments. What does it take to produce our clothing once it is designed? What challenges does she face and what does 10DAYS find important when determining fabric, detailing and dying?
Jolien started at 10DAYS as an intern and is now manager of the production department, leading a team in Amsterdam and overseeing all communication with our suppliers, mainly in Portugal.
Jolien tells us what it takes to make each garment, what the difference is between garment dye and yarn dye, and she explains how her entrepreneurial background helps her in her job.
