最近看了一本讲多巴胺的书，叫The Molecule of More: How a Single Chemical in Your Brain Drives Love, Sex, and Creativity—and Will Determine the Fate of the Human Race。
书里讲了多巴胺是什么，他是如何作用的，以及它对我们的行为和想法有什么样的影响。每一个章节都有不同的主题，涉及爱情，性，毒品，政治，艺术家/科学家/天才 vs 疯子，甚至人类的存亡。
老规矩，讲书也不讲书，稍微聊聊书里面的一些知识，作为背景，更多的分享一下自己看书的体会和感受。读书的过程也是我自己去审视和反思的过程，而这次像是做了一个过山车。作为一个觉得自己很活在当下的人，当意识到自己其实是多么受到多巴胺的驱使，有一种难以接受的状态。然而当我开始去反思时，也让我看到了多巴胺到底为我带来了什么，以及什么让我真正的快乐。
