Welcome back to another episode of Apostrophe Soul Radio, Minnjas!! And Happy Earth Day!! We were very excited to discuss our topic in today's episode. We sort of organically landed on the subject, as Jess and I were going about life. She was working on a pretty big project for a local theater and it inspired thoughtful insight for both of us. The big takeaway, you create your legacy by the goals you set for yourself. Life takes practice. Just giving yourself grace and understanding your own pace, as you live every day, helps your mindset. Thus, allowing you to have more energy and the ability to know your "why." Radical acceptance, releasing, and resting are key points we cover in this episode.
