In aflevering 10 staat de vooropleiding voor de kunsten, Jangstayll, centraal. Oprichtster, kunstenares en docente Ivon Spee vertelt uitgebreid over haar bijzondere werkwijze. Voor wie de podcasts van Mark Mieras heeft beluisterd (afl. 8 en 9) zal veel van hetgeen hij vertelt worden herkent in de visie en werkwijze van Ivon. Ivon heeft op haar geheel eigen wijze vele jongeren naar de vakopleidingen gebracht alwaar ze bijna altijd direct worden aangenomen. Als geen ander weet Ivon haar studenten buiten hun eigen kaders te laten denken, in de podcast vertelt Ivon wat hierbij haar werkwijze is. De podcast wordt daardoor ook interessant voor iedereen die met kunsteducatie bezig is.
