To say that the way we live and work has changed drastically during the COVID pandemic would be an understatement. For teachers, it can seem impossible to maintain a sense of peace and happiness while struggling to adapt to the new normal of distance education. Teacher-Mentor Christine Quigley shares the two mental shifts that have helped her manage the stress of teaching during the pandemic and all that has come along with it.
