Have you ever lacked the courage and confidence to speak up and stand up for yourself? I’m sure almost all of us can identify with this plight at some point in our lives. But in the workplace, it can cost us big opportunities and big money. That’s why we’ve invited Dr. Jane Williams to the show. We’ll learn how Jane went from mild & meek to finding her fire in the IT world. She comes from an enormously successful career at IBM, where she flourished in a male-dominated industry over two decades. Jane is certified in Design Thinking, with a Masters in Information Technology and a Doctorate in Leadership of Remote Teams. Today, she coaches other ambitious women in IT to get clarity on their career, claim their voice, and find their fire to succeed. Jane is also a BrandFace client, and you’ll get to hear about her brand building journey with us, too.
