This week we explore the 4th & final C of the KYC - Know your Community!
This episode of “Know Your Community” explains the 5 critical components of an ecosystem required to make your business successful by identifying the right stakeholder to partner with by being part of the critical piece for your clients and playing a critical role in ensuring the success of your partners & stakeholders.
These 5 components are Infrastructure, Service Providers, Network, Knowledge & Capital. Each stakeholder contributes their part according to their capabilities and it compounds into bigger impacts.

Similarly, we discuss an IT training & consulting company for a leading ERP provider who engaged with their training participants meaningfully that created a ripple effect far & wide.
