K & I took a bit of a hiatus, but we are back with a new episode of Bedtalks. We had the pleasure to talk to Emily Sanders, a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. One of my favorite quotes from Emily is, “Things are more obvious when we look backward. Don’t use today’s knowledge against your past self.”

Emily‘s mission is to make sense of self & relationships. During this interview, we discuss navigating in-laws, having difficult conversations with your significant other, managing avoidant and dismissive attachment styles, and so much more. She drops many pearls of wisdom, along with common sense and practical tools to help couples navigate their relationships in a way where they can create healthy, long-lasting rewarding connections with one another.

Tune in to this episode and please remember to subscribe to future episodes of Bedtalks on the Anchor App, iTunes, Google Podcasts, Spotify, and many more platforms.

Until next time,

XoXo
