The Suffering We Can Control
Manage episode 390837537 series 3512026
In this session, Jeremy looks at patterns of direct suffering, that is the pain and anguish we experience as a result of our own actions. This is why we can control this suffering, by not doing certain things or by starting to do other things, we can remove the suffering we experience that results from our actions. Indirect suffering is more difficult and will be discussed in the following episode.
