Well known for her successful modeling and social media career, vegan activist and creator Sophia Esperanza has shown the world that pivoting when you feel called in a different direction can indeed be healing for the soul. Founder of vegan recipe website, Elbows on The Table, Sophia now focuses on using her large online presence to encourage people to live a more ethical, plant based lifestyle, through their food and fashion choices. As Sophia prepares for her upcoming explant surgery, Bianca and Sophia chat about how silicone breast implants no longer align with them and have caused different issues from health to physical discomfort. Sophia also shares what her journey of shifting her online content from modeling to activism, vegan food, and sustainable fashion has been like. Bianca and Sophia also talk about veganism and how eliminating animal products from their eating and usage has completely changed their lives in the most positive way.
