Burning out is a dangerous space, which is not discussed enough. When starting a new an exciting journey, it is so common to start full power. Often you may find that you've run so far... but left out of breath.

There's so much to say about burn out. This episode, focuses on some pitfalls that are more significant for public speakers. Shai Reznik and Britt Barak, both love traveling and conference speaking. At the same time, after a while they both felt they need to take some time off and recover.
