Nach Folge 52 "Feedback_1" sprechen Tobias Ranft und Lukas Steurer in Folge 53 über mögliche und teils selbst erlebte Stolperfallen. Stolperfallen, manchmal auch Hürden, die ein Feedback verhindern beziehungsweise deutlich verkomplizieren. Dabei bleibt dann häufig das Wesentliche auf der Strecke und/ oder es kommt nicht bei der anderen Person an. "Endlich habe ich einen Termin für ein Feedbackgespräch mit Person XY. Da möchte ich auch alle mir wichtigen Punkte unterbekommen." Und dann kann schnell aus einem kurzen, auf den Punkt gebrachtes Feedback, ein Monolog mit unterschiedlichen Punkten vermischt mit unklaren Impulsen werden. Für den*die Feedbacknehmer*in eine schwierige Situation, hier noch durchzublicken. Eine mögliche Stolperfalle über die Tobias und Lukas in der Folge sprechen. Viel Spaß beim Hören!
