Shawn joins the podcast to chat with Chris and Noah on a Sunday morning. Shawn talks about his childhood as a military brat, his times at FSU, his decision to join law enforcement, and his jiu-jitsu training. Shawn has trained at American Top Team Orlando for 5 years and recently received his purple belt. In addition to BJJ, he also trains Muay Thai and jumps into the occasional MMA class.
