In 2017, she co-founded the River Town Film Festival, a non-profit organization in Hunterdon County that celebrates the theme of community through independent films. Janice also chairs the Hunterdon County Film Commission and serves on the NJ Motion Picture and Television Commission, where she assists productions in navigating local government.
