Elena Chrimat is the Co-owner of Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation, a full-service residential and light commercial home performance company specializing in heating and air, duct sealing, insulation, ventilation systems, and energy audits. Elena has been integral in the company’s growth since launching in 2009. A pioneer in the industry, Elena was featured in Home Energy Magazine’s “Thirty Under 30” issue, is a founding board member of the Building Performance Association, and has helped her company receive the ENERGY STAR Century Club Award annually since 2013.
