Hour 1

Everyone is in a good mood after both baseball teams won last night. Boomer still doesn’t think the Yankees will pay Juan Soto what it will take to keep him. Gio believes the Yankees will make a fair offer but not the highest offer. The Mets will try to break the bank for Soto. Jerry is here for his first update of the day but first we discuss cruises and Gio’s trip to Disney in early 2025. Aaron Judge hit his 300th career HR and the White Sox intentionally walked Juan Soto in front of Judge. Oswaldo Cabrera had a heads up play to score from second base on a fly ball. Francisco Lindor hit his 100th HR as a Met in a 9-1 win. JJ McCarthy is out for the season but Gio thinks that sitting out will help him in the long run. In the final segment of the hour, Gio was shocked to hear who CMac named as the best baseball player he’s ever seen after arguing for someone else last year.

Hour 2

CMac calls in to defend himself which leads to Jerry defending himself. Then we discuss an overnight caller who fascinates Gio. Jerry returns for an update but first Boomer shows Gio a gift they received from a listener. The White Sox had to choose between pitching to Juan Soto or Aaron Judge. They chose Judge and he hit his 300th career HR. Pete Alonso homered in a Mets win. David Peterson has been very good. The umpire in Tuesday night’s Yankees/White Sox game was excellent. Chris “Mad Dog” Russo exploded over Team USA basketball winning a gold medal. Gio thinks Sam Darnold will have a very good year with the Vikings. In the final segment of the hour, Gio says Boomer is fascinated by natural disasters then realizes maybe he is too. Deion Sanders is not happy with CBS and won’t talk to them.

Hour 3

We try to get to the bottom of why Deion Sanders is so angry at CBS and find a few stories that could be the reason. Boomer shares a line he said to Deion on The NFL Today 21 years ago that Deion did not like. Boomer recalls working with Ray Lewis and Gio shares his favorite Ray Lewis memory, a TV Funhouse video on SNL. Jerry returns for an update and begins with Juan Soto’s homer to get the Yankees started last night. The White Sox could have been pitching around Aaron Judge when he crushed a 3-0 pitch out of the strike zone for his 300th career HR. Emmanuel is still waiting for Rickie to give him his birthday facial. Ron Darling called out A’s pitcher Joey Estes for showing up his infielder in the Mets win. Estes fired back postgame. Why was Evan tweeting about the Mets at 3:40am? A Mets prospect got hit square in the junk by a pitch. In the final segment of the hour, Gio has everyone guess which headline is real and only one person gets it right.

Hour 4

Boomer brings in gifts we recently received. A stingray expert calls in to tell us about their anatomy. He ends up taking an L because he only knows about freshwater stingrays. Then a caller from California with intimate knowledge of stingrays sends Boomer and Gio into uncontrollable fits of laughter. Jerry is here for his final update of the day and begins with Aaron Judge becoming the fastest player ever to reach 300 career HRs. Jerry has audio from a viral video of a woman who was not on the same page as her husband. Is it real or not? David Peterson, Francisco Lindor and Pete Alonso carried the Mets to a win. The Moment of The Day involves Chris “Mad Dog” Russo exploding over Team USA winning the gold medal. In the final segment of the show, Gio wonders if he should read the Aaron Rodgers biography after being sent a copy. Gio looks back at a Taylor Swift/Travis Kelce prediction he made that appears to have a strong chance of coming true.
