Jerry takes a caller’s advice and looks at how many first round QBs won Super Bowls with the team that drafted them. Willie points out the difference a young QB like Jayden Daniels can make. Jerry says the Jets need to hire one of three guys to be their next head coach: Jon Gruden. Brian Flores or Mike Vrabel. Willie is intrigued by the Brooklyn-born Flores and Vrabel because of what he did with the Titans. Jerry and Willie wonder if Mike McCarthy could choose to leave the Cowboys and then be an option for the Jets. Willie and Jerry agree that the Jets are somehow worse off now than they were last year and it doesn’t make any sense how that happened. CLo returns for an update and begins with Ihmir Smith-Marsette’s kickoff return for a TD that opened the second half. Brian Daboll commented on why the QB play was so good for the Giants yesterday. Saquon hit 2,000 yards for the season and has a chance to break the single-season record against the Giants on Sunday. Sauce Gardner doesn’t understand how the Jets have this much talent with so little to show for it. Raheem Morris acknowledged after the game that he made a clock management mistake.
