Welcome to the Build+Revitalize podcast series Leaving a Legacy. Throughout the series, we will explore SME's past, present, and future. We begin with a two part episode, featuring SME CEO Mark Kramer. From his vantage point as the son of Ken Kramer, one of the founders of the company, Mark discussed everything from his summer jobs at the company while a teenager to how he rose from project engineer to ultimately take over for his dad, in the early 2000s.
