Chanel Blaylock is a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist who specializes in improving speech and language skills for preschoolers ages 3 to 5. Through her business, The Speech Boutique, Chanel takes a hands-on approach in helping preschoolers develop their 'articulation', 'expressive language', and 'receptive language' abilities, and "unlock their speaking superpowers!"
In this episode, Chanel tells us about her life growing-up in NC, her family's history as business owners, the importance our community can have in shaping who we are, and how her experiences, both in her early-life and career, allows her to differentiate herself from other speech therapists - by forming bonds and friendships with her patients and their families.
