In a tranquil neighborhood where cats and squirrels had maintained an uneasy truce, the fragile peace is shattered when a series of mysterious garbage bag break-ins occur. Amidst the chaos and hilarity that ensue, the neighborhood learns that sometimes, enemies must unite against a common foe, even if it means resisting their natural instincts.
