Mental health is an incredibly important topic, especially in a post-pandemic world. We are seeing a shift in the customer service industry as we are dealing with a shortage of workers and handling less patient - and let’s face it, angry - customers. Those of us who work in the service industry, specifically condo managers, are experiencing higher levels of anxiety ourselves.

David Finoro, from MF Property Management, and our host Michelle (previous property manager herself) have a conversation on how to manage anxiety and deal with difficult clients. David is part of the Health & Wellness Committee within his organization and has many recommendations for us to consider and implement so we are better equipped to handle the inevitable stressors that come our way.

Today we give practical suggestions and tools to manage anxiety, decrease stressors, and improve mental health - even while working in the customer service industry.
