Romans 5:9-10

Rescue by Death (v.9)

Psa. 5:5-6; 5 The boastful shall not stand before your eyes; you hate all evildoers. 6 You destroy those who speak lies; the Lord abhors the bloodthirsty and deceitful man.; 7:11 God is a righteous judge, and a God who feels indignation every day.

Rev. 19:11-12a,13,15 11 Then I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse! The one sitting on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he judges and makes war. 12 His eyes are like a flame of fire.. 13 He is clothed in a robe dipped in[a] blood, and the name by which he is called is The Word of God… 15 From his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and he will rule them with a rod of iron. He will tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty.

Matt. 16:27 For the Son of Man is going to come with his angels in the glory of his Father, and then he will repay each person according to what he has done.; 13:49-50 49 So it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come out and separate the evil from the righteous 50 and throw them into the fiery furnace. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Rescue by Life (v.10)

Jo. 10:28; I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. (Ro. 8:31b-35a).
