Eight months ago I spoke with Lee Tessler of Cirrus Consulting Group about the current state of the Commercial Real-estate world as we were just exiting the fist wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. At that time a Second Wave was discussed as a possibility but there was no way either of us could have predicted the events that followed our fist conversation.
