In this episode I share with you on the role that Journaling plays in Coaching, and my own case study how I used it to confirm my eight (8) top talents. The case study question is: What are my unique talents? What do I do differently, better, more naturally than others? Make a list! I answered these questions and came out with the eight top talents. The impact of coaching is felt in between the Coaching sessions. Journaling is one of those actions between the sessions that coaching clients should do.
