I remember when I first started out on my spiritual path, I would often hear the phrase, 'your inner thoughts are what create your outer experience', and even though I wanted to understand this concept, I couldn't quite wrap my head around it. Now, this philosophy is the backbone of my spiritual journey, and the idea that I do have the power to create my own experience, and that it starts with my thoughts.
