How can we help ourselves with our emotional regulation through creativity? Well, today I provide insight on identifying our Zones of Regulation (Green, Blue, Yellow and Red Zones) and how we can use them to our advantage to make art as well as helping support those emotions we're experiencing in the moment. I also give you prompts to help you find the best creative outlet for yourself because we all have different creative interests and sensory sensitivities that need to be taken into consideration for our personal needs.
