INGREDIENTS:

• 1 Lb of ground beef
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 onion minced
• Garlic powder
• 1 slice of bread soaked in milk
• Pinch of cilantro
• Variety of your favorite spices
• Pepper & Salt
• Flour

For the sauce:

• 1 Tbsp of tomato sauce
• ½ red pepper
• 1/2 onion minced
• 2-3 gloves of garlic minced or sliced
• 1 green bell pepper
• 1 glass of white wine
• 1 teaspoon of beef broth concentrate
• 2 bay leaves
• Salt and pepper
• Olive oil
• 1 cup of water as needed
