Manage episode 463441740 series 3461956
I’m very excited to share this conversation with Larry Kern, founder of Kern, Segal & Murray.
This Part II of this conversation; tune it next week for Part III.

With over 50 years in active trial practice, Larry is a living legend, and with his wealth of knowledge Larry currently provides trial consulting services to others. He was one of the youngest members admitted to the American Board of Trial Advocates, to which he was elected in 1981. While his career has taken him many places I will always think of Larry as THE taxicab lawyer, before rideshare companies gutted the taxi industry.
His life has taken him from being the legendary Melvin Belli’s runner to trying a case against Belli 20 years later, with bet-the-company taxi industry cases and visits to the World Series of Poker tables to round things out.
So please sit back and enjoy this conversation with the sui generis, never predictable, but always entertaining Larry Kern.
