CORRUPTION: What happened to Grant Solomon?

It's safe to say that many people in Tennessee have failed both Grant and Gracie- simply by either doing nothing, or turning a blind eye. As we dig deeper into certain Tennessee laws, it's apparent that there are some major gray areas. Calls have been made and messages have been left (we're talking to you, Commissioner) -what do you have to lose in re-opening this case?
