In this episode I share how I got unstuck.

I am smiling as I record this, and not just because the sun has finally decided to show its face! I am genuinely excited because, at last, I no longer feel stuck, frustrated, and blighted by indecision.

For years I struggled to transform my ideas and dreams into reality. I would spend copious amounts of time planning and scribbling down my plans in journals but it was always such a struggle to implement and execute them.

I would spend way too much time in my head, second-guessing myself and allowing self-doubt to sabotage my efforts.

STUCKSVILLE

Let’s face it, we will all experience some form of stuckness at certain times in our lives. Your reason for why you may feel stuck will be different to mine, but the feeling is very much the same.

It doesn’t feel good, does it?

Here are just some of the feelings that you might be experiencing if you are currently stuck.

Overwhelmed

Paralyzed

Frustrated

Helpless

Confused

Discouraged

Restless

Trapped

Resentful

Indecisive

Hopeless

Boy, just writing all those down feels heavy!

I thought I would share in this episode what has worked for me over the past couple of years, and helped me finally unstick myself.

Having some coaching when we are feeling stuck can be a real game changer. Just having another person to shine a light onto our issue, and see if from another perspective can be so powerful.
