Andrew Huberman has changed my life for the better in many different ways. In my pursuit of self improvement this man has been a crucial part in teaching me how to improve my health, fitness, and cognition in a world where it's hard to receive unbiased, impartial, factual, science based information for approaches to making that happen. After spending hours and hours listening to his advice, knowledge, and protocols, I've found these 3 tips were very easy to incorporate quickly within my lifestyle.
Daily Morning Sunlight: This has been a game changer when it comes to improving focus, mood, and sleep in my life.
Nasal Breathing: Improves lung and heart function, facial structure, and cognition.
Stretching: A practice that I had been practicing for years that solved my chronic lower back pain and benefits Huberman confirmed for the long term.
BONUS: Staying off your phone to start your day as a stress management tool. Giving yourself a chance to wake up without the outside world dictating your mood and schedule.
