Hallo lieve luisteraar, mijn naam is Rebecca en ik ben mindfulness docent. Als mindful ouder probeer ik op een speelse manier mijn dochter te laten mediteren en mindfulness bij te brengen hierdoor is deze podcast ontstaan. Dit doe ik door visualisaties te schrijven in verhaal vorm, zoals het verhaal van de luchtballon. Ik wens jullie veel luister plezier en magische reizen toe.
