La cocinera Begoña Rodrigo, junto con otros grandes cocineros españoles, han sido los ilustres embajadores de nuestra gastronomía en las jornadas Alma by The Sphere celebradas en República Dominicana. La jefe de cocina de La Salita nos cuenta esa experiencia. Después, Fernando Villaverde Landa nos presenta su libro La Cocina Española, una obra que acaba de editarse y ya se ha hecho necesaria. Y para brindar en este último programa del año hemos elegido el espumoso Cloe, de la DO Sierras de Málaga, elaborado con Sauvignon Blanc.
