Destacamos dos iniciativas de carácter cooperativo. En primer lugar, el AOVE Tierras de Canena, un aceite de oliva elaborado por la cooperativa San Marcos de Canena (Jaén) que está recorriendo las mesas más selectas del mundo gourmet. Y después saltamos a Ibiza para conocer el trabajo de Carn & Coop, una cooperativa dedicada a rescatar y promocionar el producto local, como el cerdo negro ibicenco, el cordero o el pollo Pagés. El vino de la semana nos llega de una zona muy singular de Toledo como es la Mesa de Ocaña: es el tinto La Plazuela y lo elabora la bodega Más que Vinos.
