Fleur has had a very successful 20-year corporate career and as a past CEO, Fleur is well experienced in workplace resilience and wellbeing leadership. Fleur understands the challenges of leading people through change, building high performing resilient teams and accountability for supporting staff mental health. She has trained and mentored over 1000 people in positive leadership, workplace resilience and wellbeing, and mental health skills, and as such has a proven track record in improving workplace mental health and well being.
Fleur is passionate about creating positive, healthy, productive organisational environments. And through her organisation, The Blueberry Institute, they understand the value of wellbeing.
