美國總統大選辯論即將在台灣時間9/11上午登場，這是民主黨候選人賀錦麗與共和黨川普的首場辯論。民主黨的賀錦麗是在時間急迫下，未經黨內初選推出來的代表，沒有辯論經驗，外界無從得知她會端出的政策為何；而共和黨的川普則相反，從上次總統大選至今他已身經百戰，也必須承認他的辯才無礙…

法國在歷經六月國會改選與七、八月巴黎奧運後，國內內政問題仍未改善；當時雖如願阻止極右派的來勢洶洶，卻造成左、右、中間派都未能過半，而其中票數最多的左派聯盟「新人民陣線」（NFP）推派經濟學家卡司特（Lucie Castets）出任總理，卻遭總統馬克宏無視，認為左派下的各政黨無一過半，因此9/5徵召73歲右派的前外長巴尼耶擔任總理（Michel Barnier），此舉造成法國民眾的不滿，認為總統馬克宏不尊重選舉結果，9/7十一萬人走上街頭抗議新總理的任命…
