Good morning, welcome to the work week from Joe Mathieu and the GBH Morning Edition team. We hope you treated the Mother’s in your lives well yesterday… at very least we hope Mom got a call from you, but hopefully a lot more than that. Some call this “Mother’s Monday”, so there’s still time to let Mom know you love her - hopefully she takes your call, unlike former Mayor Marty Walsh’s Mom. Karen is now fully vaccinated as of yesterday, but the post-dose fatigue crept in for her in real time this morning. And the area continues to re-open as vaccine numbers increase, we have details on the changes that begin today.
