Dr. Jacki Black, the director of Hispanic initiatives will be interviewed as we learn about what the title of HSI actually means and why Marquette wants to become one. Some common misconceptions or rumors regarding HSI will be shot down and refuted. As well as looking at how close they are to getting it, and why the Milwaukee area and Marquette’s tactics will benefit Marquette greatly in order to gain the title of an HSI destination.
