Surprise! We didn’t originally have a James Cameron alien movie on the list for this miniseries…but then we fell into an abyssal trench. And we found some non terrestrial intelligence down here! We simply could not pass up the chance to explore the depths of a production so notoriously grueling, Cameron himself described it as his “nightmare.” So come on in, the water is (definitely not) warm.
