This summer I had the amazing opportunity to attend a retreat at the legendary Dr Sebi's Usha Village in Honduras! After learning I had way too many health issues for a 30 yr old, I decided to take the leap and commit to a truly life changing experience. The late Dr Sebi discovered that you can heal disease by eating an alkaline diet and taking natural minerals to rid the body of mucus and inflammation. On this 7 day retreat, myself and a group of others are tested mentally and physically as we drink strong healing herbs and eat the cleanest we ever have in life. We go island hopping, zip lining, and I stayed in "Left Eyes" hut! I interview Dr Sebis grandson, Izeah, again and hear others objectives for coming to the village. This trip really tested my discipline but it showed me new ways I can heal myself and those around me who need it.
