Join us as we return to wholeness with the full spectrum of our being. We honor, welcome and bring love to our light and shadow and celebrate the importance all aspects of ourselves. We extend grace and compassion for the sides of us we’ve kept off camera as we remember we are always worthy of being seen no matter what season or phase of life we’re in. We receive many realizations through the teacher of simplification. Tune in to witness the unfolding and hear the many teachings simplifying has to offer. Are things as complicated as they seem or is it our own creation? Listen in for the answer. We share about the pressures we’ve imposed on ourselves, the “good girl” persona, the desires of the ego, the healing medicine of communal support, showing up as our true selves in each moment, “No.” as a complete sentence, the gift of gratitude and much more.
