In this week's episode the FM3 have a nice little techno-horror film plopped in their laps by one of their top level Patrons. "Pulse" AKA "Kairo" or "Circuit" in Japanese is an interesting take on the idea of ghosts and their relation to technology directed by Kiyoshi Kurosawa. Jef, Josh and Brian had never seen it before and were excited to have this one picked for them. This film follows two groups that discover evidence that ghosts might be trying to invade the human world via the internet. Its take on the sheer loneliness caused by our broken connections from using this technology seems light years ahead of what we all thought about the world wide web in 2001.
