OCD Wellness was founded on the principle of supporting individuals and families in regaining their life and learning how to live well with OCD, using evidence-based, gold-standard approaches. We ensure individuals are provided with an authentic, empathetic, educational, and empowering environment, met with integrity and respect. OCD Wellness was born out of a deep passion to raise awareness about OCD and debunk stereotypes surrounding the disorder.
We strive to create a safe space for individuals to discover their strength and resilience, through well-informed, hands-on, and accountable care. We aim to help individuals become their own experts in OCD. We also know OCD doesn’t travel alone, so we take pride in offering treatments to address other comorbidities. In the assessment, you and your Clinician will decide what the presenting concern is and, therefore, what you will target first.
