Hahahaha. What a great way to start a Hotline message!
If you’re still listening, then let’s do this. I actually have a great point to make.

This past weekend I was able to spend some time with a wonderful organization from Ordway, Colorado. Have you heard of that? Look it up if not.

I lead three 1.5 hour long workshops over the span of 2 day.
In the room were high level leaders and movers and shakers. People that against a lot of odd, are fighting for, and serious about growing their organization. The room ranged from mid 20’s to late 70’s. Individuals that believe in a cause so much, they are will to go on a mountain retreat for two days and talk about how to grow as an organization.

In middle of the first workshop I threw out a super encouraging fact:
An average lifespan (72.6 years) = 72.6 × 525,600 = 38,169,600 minutes

Why that is so funny, is that according to these stats… a couple of the people in the room are already living in overtime!

Yet… they don’t sit back.
Yet… they haven’t checked out.
They believe… and after time with them this weekend… I ALSO BELIEVE… their best days are ahead of them. They are positioned to lead this organization into a super bright future as they spend whatever minutes they have on earth.

So friends. What are you doing with your minutes today.
We all die.
Let’s go down giving it all we got.
Let’s spend our precious minutes resolute on doing the things we love and believe in. If not. Change courses!
