拉丁舞是运动舞蹈比赛中的其中一个类别，比赛时男选手著长袖上衣及长裤，颜色款式均无特殊规定 ，女选手多数为裙装，布料上可增加水钻或流苏，服装以展现肌肉线条为主要目的。本项目群包括五种舞蹈，几乎都是起源于拉丁美洲，拉丁舞包括恰恰恰、伦巴、桑巴、斗牛舞和捷舞。恰恰和伦巴起源于古巴黑人舞蹈，桑巴起源于巴西，斗牛曲起源于西班牙，捷舞起源于美国。
