Your scars are your stories, your "beauty marks"
Today we are talking about our scars. The experiences and traumas that have left their mark on our lives. Some of us have physical scars while others have mental scars. Some of us have scars from deep breakups, abuse, disappointment, rejection, brokenness, shame, and guilt. And a lot of these "scars" are still open wounds.
Your scars and open wounds prevent you from growing but we must all grow. So I want you to start looking at your scars of yesterday because we can be healing at the same time that we're building. Building up our confidence, hope, faith, trust, and assurances within ourselves.
