In this brief episode, Jess shares her perspective on each of our capacity to heal, expand and live our best life through connecting with our hearts at a deeper level. Through consciously opening our hearts and inviting ourselves to feeeeeel the positive outcomes (regardless of what we see or take in externally) we wish to experience — we are able to shift reality in new ways. Practicing this requires openness and imagination at times; it requires deciding not to be fearful and instead to choose faith.
