And listen on today's episode we are doing one of my favorite things. I am taking a coaching client, a life coaching client live on air, letting you hear all the things that I have to say to her and helping her get through a very, very tough season in her life where failure has framed her forward progress. And so on today's episode, we are kind of talking a little bit about failure and how it has the ability to just stop you in your tracks and reframing failure.
But before we get into all of that, I want to tell you a little bit about myself my story. In 2010, I decided to give my life to Christ after the year before being miraculously stopped from a suicide attempt by my grandmother. And from there, I decided that God was real thing. You know, I always kind of knew that. But I decided that I wanted to make sure that I knew that I knew if you know what I mean. And so I have spent the last 11 years of my life dedicated to my healing process from trauma. And my purpose now is to lead women and men into their purpose and out of trauma.
