Bio : Stephanie LaSota is a certified Revelation Wellness instructor living & loving in Connecticut & Rhode Island. She teaches Christ-centered wellness classes & lives with her husband & two young children. She is a full time "domestic engineer," also known as a "stay at home mom" that does not just stay home! She serves a local municipality as a minute taker & at a human services agency as a home health aid. She is an artistic & creative soul with a love for writing and the visual arts. She uses her creativity and resources to love her family & community while supporting her husband's full-time career. Mental & emotional health are passions for her, as well as cooking, learning, & believing in God's goodness in the hills & valleys of life.
